My BF and I have played nearly 30 escape rooms and these are by far our favorite. It's All Fun and Games was so much fun, very creative, and it makes you really nostalgic for your childhood. Legend of Lyndale is by far the best escape game we have ever played. 90 minutes. 3 floors. Awesome theming and puzzles.
Inventive, creative, and entertaining. The Lyndale House is an unforgettable experience. Equal times challenging and surprising, there are so many awesome puzzles. This is definitely worth the money.
I've done puzzle rooms by trapped at all of their locations and I absolutely loved it. We had a great check in experience and the team was amazing at guiding us through the room without giving away the clues too soon. We had the satisfaction of having solved at least 95% of the puzzles on our own. They have great themes and ideas, and my favorite part is that they keep bringing in new rooms periodically. Looking forward to the next puzzle room!
We went as a family event ages 20-60 to the St Paul location. We did Spies vs Spies and I highly recommend it. The winning team is the one that finishes first obviously, but what I really liked is that the other team can continue on to finish within the hour. Being first is nice but it's a very satisfying feeling just to complete the room. The puzzles were very well done and challenging. The host was excellent and gave clues at appropriate times only when absolutely needed. The location in St Paul is in a nice area with plenty of street parking and a nice facility in a house remodeled to accommodate the puzzle rooms. If you like solving puzzles types of things and want to do something fun with family or friends, I highly recommend it. Everyone in our party loved it and we are looking forward to going again to one of their other rooms.
We brought a group of 9 people with varying levels of experience with puzzle rooms to this puzzle house and it was fantastic. The puzzles were challenging AND fun and everyone in the group have a great time. I highly recommend this puzzle house and I'm looking forward to the next outing with Trapped Puzzle Rooms!
SO MUCH FUN! The puzzles were very well designed, the story/theme had a great integration with the puzzles, the room was very well decorated and pleasant. We LOVED IT!! The puzzle was diverse and challenging and fun. Much better than the other puzzle rooms we have done in other cities. Thank you!
Me and my family did our first puzzle room here and had a blast! We played "The Apartment" scenario and it was a great introduction to puzzle rooms. The clues follow a logical progression, and don't require any insane logical leaps that often make these sort of puzzles seem unfair. Definitely looking forward to our next puzzle here!
Wonderful! I did the library room- Engaging, fun, and challenging but never frustrating or scary. The two things I was struck by: First, the library was so beautiful and richly decorated. All the details were so thoughtful and perfect that I felt like I was in the world of mystery movie! Second, the actual experience of solving the puzzles promoted teamwork in an unexpected way: there was no way you can scale the room alone. You have to be open to everyone's ideas and work together to solve the mystery. I did it with a group of friends, but I'll bet this would be great as a team-building for offices or sports clubs. Overall, a great time for everyone that came. Definitely the best in the twin cities that I've been to. Can't recommend highly enough.
Took a work group to Uptown location and couldn't be happier with results. The puzzles were challenging and the fact you had a whole house to explore made it much more interesting than a standard escape room. Great for big groups and it was cool to have multiple puzzles being solved at the same time in different rooms and floors. Only gripe is the theme might be a bit pg13 for some, but I loved the creepiness. No one jumps out and no jump scares, but some may not like dealing with Ouija boards, evil clowns, bloody pentagrams, and morbid death references. Would love to do again if only to see all the puzzles in action that I missed while being in other rooms.
Oh my goodness! We had SO MUCH FUN! I have never done am escape room before and this got me hooked. There were SO many puzzles. Everyone was off trying to figure something else out, and slowly they all were pieced together. Not only were the puzzles great, but also terrifying! I was super scared! This place was a blast. I want to do every puzzle room this company has to offer. What a fantastic family experience.
