Trapper Jack's goes the extra mile for their customers! After returning from vacation and find my souvenir shirt doesn't fit, Trapper Jack's worked with me to mail back the original shirt to exchange for a larger size...top notch customer service. Additionally they have all the souvenirs and Alaska memorabilia you could ever want under one roof.

Had some lovely things here. Reasonable sprinkling of authentic Alaskan/USA made products but most of it was made elsewhere. Found some same items much cheaper at other stores in town. Recommend checking other places out too.

Great place, friendly staff, a myst visit for all your Alaska gifts needs in Anchorage. Large assortment and price ranges to fit everyone's needs. Forget to pick something up? Give them a call, they'll ship.

This is the place to go for Alaskan souvenirs. Great selection of t-shirts, long and short sleeves for a reasonable price. Lots of other choices as well, native made jewelry, ornaments, pottery, Ulu knives, etc. Definitely worth a stop.

Today, I was in the trading post shopping for some goodies and hats for friends from out of town, and when I was in line to check out all of a sudden this woman who worked there came up and started shouting at the girl working the register. The poor girl looked like she was about to cry. Who screams at an employee in front of customers. We’re just here to shop not see you attack your staff. There were around 6 before me and she was moving quick. I don’t see what the reason was for her to interrupt her like that. By the time it was my turn the register girl was so sweet. I apologized to her on behalf of the woman. That woman was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I returned my items to the shelf and left.

Neat store with very organized merchandise. Make sure you check flight regulations first; I had to leave behind two small jelly jars because they were over the limit.

Pretty cool, definitely one of the better gift shops in Anchorage. Not wildly overpriced, and had a good selection of items.

If you are looking for classic souvenir gifts, this is the place. They have a large assortment of Alaska gifts and souvenirs. The prices are just like any other souvenir shop. Staff is friendly and the store is organized.

They were very polite for hospitality was very nice and it was a wonderful place to walk through to see all the different types of gifts they have. I love this place! this is the place to get a gift if you need one that comes in different shapes and sizes. I got a husky hat with connecting pockets. the staff and service were very helpful gladly let us try the hat. very good and very friendly.
