OK, I will at least put my name up here and not hide behind Google's site. I have reported this review as false because at no time have I ever messed up someone's air ticket and left someone stranded. Nor have I EVER asked someone for $200 in order to check on something and not help them out of a jam. This review is false and NOT one of my clients! On the contrary, I bend over backwards to help everybody, sometimes even when they haven't booked with me and no one else will help them! I've been in this business 20yrs and am all about customer service. I have many testimonials to prove it! All you have to do is ask! If you knew me at all, you would know that is NOT how I operate. Must be a competitor who has way too much time on their hands! So, whoever is trying to smear my good name better stop now! Had I known this was up there and you could post such idiotic claims without cause, while hiding ones name, I would have jumped on it earlier and had Google remove it!
