Extremely poor service, one out of three counters in operations whereas two staff members sitting inside doing nothing. They neither display exchange rates outside nor they could just tell me the rate and I had to wait for 15 customers ahead of me just to know the rate. On the other hand, their exchange rates are ridiculous. Not recommended, don't waste time. Better go to TB Bank nearby and get better rates regardless of their 10 dollar fee.

Just unreliable. Closes and opens earlier and later than stated online. Two people may work with one customer when there is a line. It is probably prudent not to have a tight schedule when going here. So it run as if it is a cultural exchange and they don't adhere to typical NY- Western commitment to discipline.

Wow what a horrible place, they don't give rates over the phone and the lady actually hung up on me when I asked her why.. ridiculous.

ridicilous rates. you get for 1 euro les than for 1 dollar.
