Called to ask if they exchange laotion kip. The person over the phone said "I'm not aware" lolz. really. umm..do you think you could maybe do your job?
They refused to buy back my foreign coins this morning but I just read someone else's review from two hours ago, that they relentfully did it for that customer? So you can only exchange coins for certain people? Awful place.
Go to Chase bank and ask for foreign currency and get the best rate. This place will not give you the best rate; in other word, it will give you the worst rate possible.
Employees - not that there's ever more than one helping customers - have no sense of urgency there can be a line and they're making small talk, and are unable to answer questions or communicate effectively. Exchange rates they quote differ greatly from those listed online, and always to their advantage.
The gentleman in the glasses was beyond rude. I’ll never use their service again.
