Excellent service. They always available to guide, and assist, either over the phone, or at the Galleria area office.

Worst place to go to get help or file for visa and passport. They give wrong informations and their main focus is to take our money. Very disappointed.

Very good customer service. There was one error on my application and they were able to call me and have me fax the correction. It still got processed the same day even though there was a mistake

Bianca was most helpful and patient. The process can be frustrating and it is nice to be able to have a person at the other end of the telephone answer questions.
