Jeff Traviss was very helpful in the store answering all my questions. Jeff and Jim the install guys were great!! They really know their stuff. They relocated a current TV and set up a new 65 and 83 inch Sony… it all works perfectly. They programmed everything and sank everything with my current audio. PERFECT! I own a business and prefer to shop local. The team did a great job and it cost LESS than the big box store! Shop local folks… Thanks again guys for everything.

The knowledgeable and friendly staff were able to help answer any questions my parents and I had and demonstrate features and differences between technologies, assisting them in finding the right devices for their needs without having to make multiple trips to different stores. We always do our own research, and the information given by the staff was accurate and thorough. The showroom is packed with all of the latest models and the staff was able to take the confusion out of what could be an overwhelming decision. I highly recommend shopping at Travis Audio Video.

We purchased a "Smart" Sony TV to replace our "Dumb" LG TV. I'm pretty sure we dealt with the owner and had a top notch experience from purchase to installation. While the techs were at our house we asked their opinion on what model of sound system they recommended to replace our Sony unit. We got their opinion because they saw what we had and what could still be used. We then took this info back to Traviss and got this total "JERK" who promptly told us we didn't want this particular brand because he'd been in the business for 15 years. I've learned to NOT listen to what a salesman tells me especially when an installer recommends a particular brand. We will be going elsewhere to get our sound system.

I was having problems with my technics turntable. I took it to Tracviss, they cleaned, fixed it, with a forty eight hour turn around. GREAT SERVICE,GREAT PEOPLE. THANK YOU TRAVISS AUDIO

They fixed my 2 1/2 yr old LG OLED tv after it completely crapped out after LG refused to do anything to back it up since the warranty expired even though it had already been work on once about after I got it, and have it working like new again for a 1/3 of the price a new one would have cost.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great products you won't find at the bigger stores such as Best Buy. I purchased my BDI tv stand from them.

Traviss Audio recently came to our house to repair our TV. Yes, TVs can still be repaired and we were very happy with the service we had. The service tec tried the cheapest repairs first and did everything he could to troubleshoot before throwing new parts at the TV. We were only charged for the needed parts, despite the tec ordering others in attempt to fix it and only charged one service fee for living out of town despite multiple trips to our residence to fix it. Fixing appliances isn’t as common as it used to be but I’d highly recommend Traviss to get it done for way less than replacement!

I walked in they showed me what I was looking for. I asked if the deliver and setup They said yes. I asked how soon they said 4 days. They came before time I expected got me setup And was very professional and timely getting the job done. They show me how to use the remote and then they asked if I had any questions. Excellent experience in store and at my home. I'm Very satisfied and would recommend anyone looking for some honest business men to visit them. This unit has more bells and whistles than I was expecting.. Great job guys/friends

I consider Traviss to be the "gold standard" in places to buy a TV. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Plus, they delivered and installed my new TV on the same day I bought it. The technician spent plenty of time with me to make sure I understood how to operate it. Plus they hauled away and disposed of my old broken TV. I couldn't ask for better service! What a breath of fresh air!
