Treadle Yard Goods is an independently owned and operated fabric store in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We offer a wide range of natural fiber, high-quality apparel fabrics, buttons, patterns, and trims.

We have a dedicated classroom space adjacent to our retail store, where we teach sewing classes for all skill levels. Our talented staff is helpful, creative, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and solve problems!

A friendly and helpful staff without being pushy. A wonderfully broad selection of vintage and new buttons. I was fascinated at the beautiful variety! They stock a small number of Japanese cotton prints. That's the only mildly negative thing about the shop...could have a little larger selection of fabrics.
They have a wonderful variety of fabrics. The fabrics are from all over the world and are of excellent quality. If you are making something special or are looking for just the right touch to make your work stand out, this is the place to go. The staff is very helpful. They also have a great selection of buttons.
