Staff was not rude. However as I was traveling with my daughter who is a "diamond" level customer paying $12 for a $30 buffet that really isn't worth $30 is a little crazy. Now the hotel will blame corporate. Corporate will blame Hilton. Hilton will blame the hotel. It's a circle. Was the buffet worth $30? Absolutely not. Was it worth $12? Yes. This is just my opinion of course.
Limited menu, only 2 people working but it was awesome! Great service and great food!!! Mahalo for the great experience! We had an overnight layover and were exhausted. We were treated well and the food cane out fast and was tasty! We ordered wings, onion rings and ribeye. We had drinks and they kept our water refilled. Thank you so much!
Ok food, convenient for being at the hotel, but super overpriced. Had to edit this review, so … this place is not open till 9PM on Friday and Saturday as advertised. Recommend finding a much better local place to eat or the ABC Store.
The burgers and the chicken sandwich it’s my favorite chicken sandwich special it’s come with grilled pineapple and guava sauce. I didn’t like the fish sandwich but maybe that’s me otherwise they’re so friendly we stay in the hotel that’s why I order from them some little dinner for the kiddos, definitely worth try the chicken sandwich, my kids love the flatbread and the chicken tender
An adequate hotel restaurant. Breakfast buffet is good. Menu is limited at other times, but choices are well prepared.Food: 5/5
The dinner menu is limited, but varied and we enjoyed the food. The bar offers a good variety of drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
I would give it three if the price was reasonable IE 2/3 or less, go a block in any direction or next door. Chicken sandwich is dry as a Vegas summer, nachos would be good without gas station cheese, burger is meh, fish tacos are good other than the sad tortillas and stale chips. Flatbread is decent but nothing to write home about. If you are using gold status credit save it for breakfast, staff is great and they are the only redeeming qualities for the mediocre at best overpriced food. Shortfalls seem to come from Hilton bean counters processed ingredients. And Hilton is too cheap to staff this property well enough, to handle the number of guests.
The food is pretty decent and has enough variety to keep going back if you live in the hotel. The service is fantastic, if the hotel managers are reading this, Chad is a one man bartending/waiting army who deserves a raise!Food: 4/5
Poor customer service- staff is beyond rude. While staying at the Doubletree, I simply attempted to order a basket of french fries without the sea salt seasoning for my son. The lady stated that’s not how they come and walked away from the counter. Definitely take your business elsewhere, as I did.
Overpriced for even Honolulu. But convienient if you are in the hotel.Food: 3/5
