Trek Store in Wilmington is a top-notch bike shop in every respect. They have an extensive selection of high-quality Trek bikes, clothing, accessories and gear. They are very knowledgeable about their product and the industry and their mechanics are the best in diagnosing and treating anything that may be ailing your bike. However, the aspect that I love the most about this store is that top customer service is their #1 priority and it shows. From my experience which is pretty extensive, the crew always goes above and beyond to deliver the product, information or services a customer needs. On top of it all, the crew is friendly, personable, and all-around nice people so it's always a pleasure to walk in there. Congrats to all these Trek crew! Adam the store manager is a rock star!

Excellent bike shop!!! Store was well stocked, neat and organized. Sales staff was knowledgeable and eager to help/answer questions, but absolutely NO pressure, very relaxed. Turned out the bike we came looking for was still in the shipping box. We live over an hour away, and rather than make us drive another two hours another day, they assembled the bike same day while we ate lunch nearby. Assembly was excellent as well. Cockpit/hoses are neat, nice and short; and they even used red cable end crimps to match the bike!! Overall excellent experience. I definite Recommend this shop!

The staff was friendly and very helpful with what I needed to get done on my bikes that I brought in. One was a Trek and other was a Green Cruiser. Even if it wasn't the same brand they were able to do maintenance on it. They kept me up to date on the status of my bikes and called me when something else needed to be done on the bike. Definitely will be coming here to get my bicycle serviced every time.

They assembled my electric bike with a 1-day turnaround. That was good. Even with $25 off, the fee seemed high, but I don’t know my way around a torque wrench, so what am I gonna do? Anyway, I’ll go there for future service, no hesitation. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I want to give a massive thank you to Conner and the team at Trek Bicycle Wilmington for their professional and prompt service. We manufactured a custom adaptive bike that was being presented by the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni and unfortunately, the bike was delivered with a flat tire only 2 days before the presentation. Trek bicycle Wilmington was able to get out and repair the bike with little notice, taking time out of their own day to complete the repair. I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and prompt service, you really help to make this special event a real success story!

They were very helpful with our purchase of two Trek Virbe 3 bikes. Lisa had us test ride the bikes then making adjustments. Ended up with changing sizes of my wife’s bike to a small for a better riding experience.

This is my Go-To Bike Shop. Employees take good care of the customer and are polite. The mechanics keep our bikes running well and treat them like they would their own.

The entire crew there is super helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a bike at the start of the pandemic knowing well it would take a while to get to me. They constantly kept me updated on any set backs, and the day I got the bike I had a small issue when moving some hardware from my old bike to my new one. They took care of everything. This shop is amazing. Keep up the good work!
