Trek Bicycle Store

Big thank you to the gentleman at Trek Bicycle Store yesterday for helping me out. I came in yesterday because the fender fell off my bike that I had bought some place else. The guys who were there immediately stopped what they were doing, and put the fender back on for me even though they didn't sell me the bike, they didn't initially assemble it for me, they just helped me out because I needed it. I had to twist their arms to get them to take money for it. Trek Bicycle Store is the very definition of a community bike shop. I would strongly recommend anybody that needs anything for their bike to please check with these folks first. Thanks again guys, see you soon.

I brought my bike in for repair and was very happy with the assistance that the staff provided. They were patient and answered all my questions, even though the bike was not bought at their store. Thank-you!

The store was awesome, the staff very helpful and super accommodating, especially Billy, Jagger, Sal and Jaime. They we're all exceptional, knowledgeable, patient and just in general, great people. Five stars all the way, ten if it were possible.

Can’t say enough about how nice and competent the bike technician was when I brought my bike in to fix a flat rear tire yesterday. Not only did he fix my tire, but also made a few other minor adjustments and didn’t charge me extra. As a bonus he recommended a couple of local trails for me to check out. Will definitely come back with my bike when I need a tuneup. FYI....my bike is a Diamondback, not a Trek.

Was there for a Garmin GPS. Christian hooked me up with a GPS that suited what I needed. He didn't try to oversell me more than I needed. He also threw in a quick bike check and lubed some friction areas. Took his time even though the store was very busy. Very pleased with the level of service in this store.
