Trek Bicycle Store of Boca Raton

Great experience all around. Went for a bike fitting and Greg took the time to understand my goals and fitness levels and find the right bike fit for me. When it arrived, he made sure it was fully adjusted and confirmed fit on the trainer, before sending me off. From start to finish I really felt that his entire focus was on making sure I was safe, comfortable, and happy riding. Took the bike home, filled the water bottles, and immediately head out for my longest ride ever - and it was also my most comfortable (on a road bike). I'm happy with the bike, but more importantly the service and experience.

Jagger is awesome! And so are the few other guys I met, just can’t remember all the names. We purchased 2 bikes after 2 seperate trips to the store. Jagger was super knowledgeable and spent time talking to me, while NEVER making me feel like he was pushing a sale. Just when I thought customer service was dead, this store revived it! Especially since these bikes aren’t cheap! Thanks again for a great experience. We will be back for some accessories for our new bikes!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Im Freshly moved from Seattle WA. Kepler helped me with Top class Customer service! Nick and Bill also very helpful in my problem solving with my transition and new bicycle. I Very much recommend this bike shop. Top in South Florida! Thanks again for all your help and advice fellas!

I’ve been to MANY bike shops between Florida and Colorado and this trek store, the staff bends over backwards to satisfy. They even beat the price of the exact same bike from a store down the road by $50! The service , prices and product all excellent They even offer a lifetime flat repair for a one time nominal charge One word: AWESOME
