Trek Bicycle Store of Fort Myers

I recently purchased a Domane from Steve who was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me with everything I needed. After I finished the transaction Billy was very helpful in putting all my accessories on and prepping the bike in a very efficient manner. Wow, super fast service! We are on vacation down here and while eating lunch I suddenly heard a hissing sound behind me. The stem had separated from the tube of my husband's bike! We brought it in and was out the door in 20 minutes with a new tube installed! Great prices, too. We'll definitely use this place again if we need bike service work done while vacationing in the area.

My husband and I stopped in to look at bikes, Tony greeted us at the door and was fantastic, full of knowledge and never put pressure on us to buy. The next day we went back and bought 2 bikes and love them. Thank you Tony, had he no been so good we probably wouldn't have gotten the bikes that quickly but glad we did. Highly recommend. I purchased a specialized bike by recommendation at another bike shop in Fort Myers. Brand new they could not fix the same braking problem three times in a row. I finally took the new bike to this Trek Store and they fixed it the first time, like nothing. Great service, great people. I should have just bought a trek here!
