I give this store 5 stars. I went into buy a bike and the gentleman who helped (Saul) was the best. Me not knowing anything about bikes and the needs I was looking for. I was looking at very expensive items and Saul kept pointing me in the right direction. He explained everything in detail and at a much more inexpensive price. He set me up perfect and I probably saved around $1,000.00. He could have very easily had me spend more money on products that I did not need or where above my experience level. The fact that he took the time to explain everything and did not have me spend my money unnecessarily rspoke very high volumes to me. Even if you don't live close by, I strongly suggest and recommend you go there and by you bike and products through them. It was very refreshing to have a sales person like Saul.

My wife and I wanted to buy 2 new bikes but really didn't know where to go and what to look for. We were told that we might want to check out Trek Bicycles (in Sunrise, Florida) by a friend who simply saw the store when they were driving to IKEA. When we entered the store we were greeted by Jordan who couldn't have been more professional and friendly. He started with the basics and asked some very good initial probing questions about what type of cycling we planned on doing. He went over the various types of biking, from mountain, speed/performance, to street/packed pebble. He took his time to make sure that all of our questions were answered. We focused on the Trek Verve (1, 2, and 3). He explained, in great detail, all of the differences between the 3 models and for our needs we settled on the Verve 2. Jordan also spent a large amount of time to make sure we understood the importance and differences of the various safety helmets that Trek Bicycles had to offer. He even made sure that we got the right repair kit (pump, tool, and tubes) that mounted to our bike. Jordan really seemed to have a passion about helping us with our biking needs and making sure that we felt 100% confident in Trek Bicycles which we do. Thank you so much for his much appreciated help with our new Trek Verve 2 bicycles which we're already having fun with!

Purchased our fleet of TREK Police package bikes here. Great friendly staff and super selection of biking needs. Take the local Greenway bicycle path to TREK Sunrise and head over to Markham Park, home to the best mountain bike trails in the area. Come check out their superior inventory of bikes.

This store has all you could want from a high end bicycle shop. The sales people are instructive not pushy, the mechanics are most concerned about your needs and caring for you equipment, and the owner-manger is friendly and concerned. The prices are fair, the people are the best.
Yet, most important their work on my bikes have been exceptionally good. Once they found a misalignment on my off road bike and were very humble in suggesting I allow them to change the settings. I was impressed how well the control over my gears were after their change. Great shop.

We shopped all day, all over Broward county. to buy a couple of bicycles and found this to be, far and away, the best bicycle store in Broward. The manager was great and his staff was very impressive, particularly a guy named Jeremy. If he ever stops selling bicycles he should consider training customer service folks because he is top notch, just like the store he works for.
