Trek Bicycles

I really appreciated the quality and ability of the people that did the bicycle repair. Sam was the person who helped me. He was able to align the spokes on a wheel that another shop could not. I am grateful my brakes stopped rubbing and I now have a zen happy feeling riding my bicycle. It is really impressive the shop does quality work so quickly. In the past year, I came upon this Trek bike shop in need of urgent assistance. It was in that experience that I recognized what I was missing by going to another more conveniently located bike shop near my home. The staff at this shop, in particular the technicians Sam, John, and Alex, have routinely impressed me with their honest opinions, quick turnarounds, and overall customer service. They are clearly a part of an efficient and organized team that have support to complete their jobs effectively. Hands down this is the best bike shop experience that I have ever had and I now gladly ride across the city to get great service. Thanks fellas.

Everyone in the shop was super helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my road bike in for a level 2 service package fairly comprehensive and the mechanics turned it around in 3 hours! I was expecting not to be able to ride for a few days. While waiting in the shop the guys at the front desk were very nice and willing to discuss the latest and greatest technology, components, and bikes. The store is also very well stocked with bikes, apparel, and parts. Glad to live close to this great shop.

Excellent place to buy bike, maintenance, helmets and more accessories. So many options to choose from, from children's to adults, if they don't have any choice, they can find for you a close location. I bought mi bike here. Good prices, nice place, I really recommended.

Extremely wonderful and timely service. They are all about getting you back on the road as soon as possible, especially for commuters. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and thorough, and provided very sound recommendations for maintenance and repair parts that maximized safety, cost efficiency, and bike health. I highly recommend you visit this shop for any maintenance needs, I will definitely be going back there for my tune ups and large maintenance jobs!

I've been to this shop several times now, and the service is phenomenal. If they don't fix your bike immediately, they will turn it around quick. Half the time I don't even spend money picked up a replacement helmet once, another time they did minor fixes for free!. I've been to a couple shops in the area, and seen reviews of others, and they often leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes even bike shops can deter people from riding - not this one! The prices are pretty reasonable, and they even price-matched online vendors the one time I asked, for a part. They also gladly service bikes bought elsewhere, all bikes welcome! While I have some reservations about bike shop consolidation, Trek's service here is top notch.

Customer Service is 5 stars all day any day. My experience whenever I visit Trek in Georgetown is always a great time. The staff is knowledgeable and always eager to help. My Frame was damaged on my EX and the store went out of their way to get me back in the saddle! Attention to details, the staff even replaced the Panther sticker on the front post. I didn't notice until I took a break on the trail. That's first class service. Trek life! Send it! Trek Georgetown rocks!

The customer service was above and beyond. Josh listened to everything I was looking for and found me the absolute perfect bike for my needs and budget. A great experience overall.

I went to the store to buy spoke for my bike. The repair person said that it is better to bring in mybike. I did. He said he is sure he found the spoke and he wanted to put in but for which he is asking for $50. To be sure, he had to remove the wheel which means also start of labourbe paid. I said to him goodluck and left with my bike and get it repaired for $30.
