Trend Eye Care

I had a great experience at Trend Eye Care. I have to begin with mentioning how genuinely kind everyone working there is. The place felt positive and welcoming. My eye doctor explained each step of the exam with me, listened to all of my concerns and provided suggestions and solutions. The process of buying glasses was made easy. Emily took a lot of time with me to answer questions, provide suggestions and price out multiple options. I left feeling like I made a solid purchase and cannot wait to pick up my new glasses! Highly recommend checking Trend out for your eye care needs!

This place is incredible! I have been going to Trend for the past 6 to 7 years since moving to Philly, and have never walked out dissatisfied. They have many different frame options to accommodate your budget, and offer eye exams within store. The employees have always been super friendly as well. Ari at the front desk is very charismatic and diligent, Josh gets things done in a speedily manner, and Sha is very bubbly and willing to help you as soon as you enter the door. I love it here and will continue to go back.

Everyone in this place is very professional and friendly. Dr. Patel helped me with my eye exam, and made sure i was comfortable. Eliza was the person who helped me in the front, and they jumped through hoops and ladders just to get me my perfect frames. It’s client satisfaction over instant monetary gain with them. I paid about $260 for a basic exam and glasses. I would recommend!

Ciara help me out with the glasses and she did a great job I give her . I’ve been to many eye doctors over the years but this was by far the most comfortable eye doctor I have ever been to. The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful from the moment you walk in. My doctor was so patient and listened to all of my concerns. They were quick and efficient and getting an appointment was super easy! Will definitely be going back here! That’s a definite.

I’m just leaving my appointment and this has been the best experience Eliza made my first eye exam one to remember I was super nervous and anxious arriving because I didn’t know what to expect and she was my first contact once I entered the store and her personality immediately calmed my nerves. She walked me through my exam and educated me throughout the process and once I was diagnosed she patiently helped me choose the best frames for me I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! I will be bringing my children here also for their first exams. I’m positive they will be in good hands and will remember this experience

I am a new patient of Trend Eye Care and will definitely be returning one too! I went in for an eye exam for a new glasses prescription. The doctor took me in right away and was very thorough during the exam. Sha was a huge help with finding the right lenses and Josh was able to have my new glasses made within 15 minutes! I had a great experience and I’d highly recommend Trend!

I used to hate going to get glasses, but this was a great experience! So many nice frames to choose from. Sha and Josh! Sha was very nice and helpful! I am very happy with the glasses I picked. I told her I was leaving soon on vacation, and Josh was able to arrange his schedule to make my glasses before i leave on a short notice!!! If you are thinking about getting new glasses, come here!!!! Dr. Patel was also very nice and listened to my concerns about my eyes. A great experience overall!

I could not speak highly enough about the team at Trend Eye Care on Girard Ave! I had a major time crunch to get new eye glasses prior to moving. Not only did they help me pick frames, but they were able to accommodate cutting them in store so that I could with them in the same day. They made this such a stress free process and I would recommend them to anyone.

12/10 recommend this place for eye exams and glasses/contacts help in general. I’ve been here multiple times and everyone is always so helpful and actually in great moods! I came in today to get a copy of my prescription and see if they could fix my glasses that I bought at Warby because the lens fell out and they did it within minutes even though it was so busy and I had just walked in. Phones were ringing off the hook and the receptionists were all politely answering the phones and handling the influx of customers all STILL IN GREAT MOODS.

OK, so I just left this place and even though I didn't purchase my glasses from here I took them in to have the arm reattached and lense installed after they had fallen out. Tommy, god among insects, was able to fix, clean, and ensure they fitted my face well. To say I was stoked, is an understatement; after I pulled out my debit card and asked how much, he politely smiled and said nothing. WHO DOES THAT? Mr. T does and I'm pretty amazed by that and do plan on going in for my further purchases of glasses.
