Trent Lee - State Farm Insurance Agent

BEWARE this office is full of scam artist. My policy was cancelled yet, they were still deducting payments from my account. I spoke to Brandon Jung on many occasions. I called him to talk about my account and he came up with some many lies knowing the whole time my policy was cancelled. I asked why I didn't have online access he said it was because the site was having maintenance issues. When I asked why I haven't I received my ID cards, he said they were mailed out a few days ago and they should be arriving soon. Turns out they were just hurting for business so bad that they rather keep taking money from me than to tell me that the policy was cancelled. My suggestion is to stay away from this office and go to another since there is so many in the city anyways.

I met with Trent to go over all my financials and make sure everything was protected. He made it very easy to understand what areas of risk I had and where I needed extra protection. Thank you!

Beware with state farm insurance one accident and you are going to be in a bad situation my premiums went from $285 and increasing every month and every renewal so now is $1165 what kind of business is this? i tried to find and answer from the broker and customer service and no answer

i changed from 5 stars to 1 star if i can put 0 stars ill do it is the worst insurance company ever really bad customer service and premiums change every month
