Did not give us an itemized list for the "damages" they made up. They had also installed blinds to the home and tried to withdraw the price from our security deposit. We had also replaced all the main light bulbs (we missed one or two rarely used ones like above the stove) and even left extras. Be prepared to have your deposit nickel and dimed to nothing.

TBM is highly unprofessional and hires incompetent employees. They violated multiple tenant rights and refused to address tenant concerns in a timely manner. They make up damages in order to retain security deposits and refuse to provide an itemized list of the "damages". If I could give less than 1 star I would.
