Tri-State One Rate Movers

Tri state relocated us from Philly to the Bronx and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Pre-move, someone was always available by phone to discuss logistics and cost and on the day of the movers were super efficient. Customer service was excellent and overall they made a stressful event much easier. Highly recommended!

This is 100% a company that should be shut down. My experience with this company was a complete disaster and I will be following up in claims court. 3 red flags you should be aware of: 1. Full Payment requested in the before completion- require payment in the middle of relocation before your belongings are at your new place 2. Will leave couches or other large belongings in hallway if the can’t fit them through door they will not try and remove door 3. Large lunch breaks on your dime I would encourage anyone to make sure if they hire this company to make sure they monitor them and have two to three friends with them as they will certainly attempt to intimidate you
