I kinda Don't tell you about how amazing Ashley is because I don't want her to be booked up so I can't use her. She is a hair magician! She gave me such a rad haircut when I came in with two directions, I didn't want a Karen and I didn't want to mullet. I was ready to chop off my long curly hair and she made it awesome. And literally the only hair stylist in Portland that had me in and out in an hour. I have never had a haircut take less than 2 and 1/2 hours minimum. She is amazing!

Ashley was great! I’ve had the same hairdresser for the past ten years and was hesitant to find someone else after moving to Portland. I’m glad I got paired with Ashley because she exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable. Her consultation with me was detailed and thorough, which I really appreciated. She even took the time to teach me how to curl my hair using a straightener just to make sure I could recreate the look she was doing on me. I highly recommend her!

I'm so glad I found this studio, it is one of the best color jobs I have ever had! I've colored my hair since I was 16. Mehdi, did my hair and I can't thank him enough for the work he has done! If you're looking for a hair studio that knows how to color correctly, I highly recommend this place!

Ceci is the best! She is an amazing colorist,and makes me feel super comfortable going bold! Took me from my box dye disasters of dark browns,to blonde,to purple,to steel grey,long to pixie. She always made sure i knew what this process would beit took over a year and didnt do anything she thought wasnt safe for me. I actually flew in from out of state to keep my appts, since ive had to travel during this process and it was so worth it!The studio is clean, comfortable, receptionist always greets you. Best studio in Portland. Just wish parking was easier!

Only giving 2 stars because these folks were kind and were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Asked for a bang trim and a little maintenance, was charged over $100 for a bowl cut. I just wanted my cute bob back and now I look like Ringo Starr

Although I’ve had good experiences at this salon my most recent experience with this salon painted my overall feelings on the customer service and service in general here. Most recently, I had a consultation with one of the girls to do a color correction, the consult went well and we went over the various ways we could go about it so we made an appointment for the following month. With Covid things can get pretty unpredictable with money situations. I ended up having to cancel my appointment because of an unexpected financial problem, the receptionist asked me if I’d like to reschedule and I said “not at this time”, as I wasn’t sure if I’d have it worked out yet. Mind you I cancelled this appointment three, almost FOUR weeks before the appointment date. I purposely cancelled the second I had an Inconvenience to give them time to fill my spot. When I called back a few days later to reschedule the receptionist said they would have the girl call me back. I waited until the next day at about 4/5pm and called again. The receptionist had no idea anything about it and had to talk to the stylist while I was on hold. When the receptionist got back to me she informed me that the stylist wasn’t even sure if she wanted to take on my hair project, since I had cancelled my appointment 3+ weeks ahead and that they are just too slammed to get me in, not even offering a date, but simply at all. If the stylist didn’t feel like they could make my hair goal a reality that should have been a genuine conversation had at the consultation, I was offering $400+ of my money for this service. I felt like the stylist wanted an “easy project”, and if they were so busy, why exactly was it so hard to fill in my spot? I’d been going here for 2 years almost and only cancelled once, due to contracting Covid. Overall dye jobs are nice here but the haircuts were never anything to rave about and two of the girls talk about “not trusting” any of the other hairstylists insinuating they don’t do their jobs well. On top of that one of the girls unfollowed me on insta around this time, the whole situation felt really catty and honestly just really hurt my feelings. Anyways I found somebody who specializes in color corrections and is more than down for this project, happy endings do exist Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling
