Tribune Online Content, Digital Marketing Svcs

Up until the point we started using 435 Digital, we had very little in online material about our business. Working with the 435 Digital team at the Chicago Tribune has been very easy and with very good communications all around. Updates that we requested were done in a very timely and effective manner. Our sales rep Shannon has always been available whenever we called. The web site construction was well done and completed on time by the 435 team. The web site looks really good and is clean to the viewer. I highly recommend the Chicago Tribune Media Group and the 435 Digital team to any business that looks to grow their customer/client base. Hired this company for PPC campaign. Their ads they created were terrible. We then supplied them with ads we wrote up and ads were still posted incorrectly. Also many billing issues after the contract was up. Please look elsewhere. Lynn R.

Does not meet expectations. Poor setup and execution. Landing page was horrible. Web dashboard never works. Their PPC ad campaign got 1/10th the results we get on our own. Kept billing beyond contact period... Need I go on? Major FAIL. Avoid.
