Absolutely the highest price I have ever paid for dry cleaning services. They were also late on my order and offered no adjustment for my inconvenience, not even an apology. Ben's has earned my weekly business.
Excellent service for dry cleaning and alterations! They have always exceeded my expectations.
Quick service but pricey. Sent 3 pairs of pants and two were returned with double creases in the front. You can't magically erase an extra crease, thanks.
Was not satisfied with the service, the price, and the quality of the cleaning.
They broke my dress 3 days before my vacation. They paid to replace it weeks later, but I had nothing to wear on vacation.
