Triumph Construction Company

They were working on the pavement infront of my house. And in the midst of doing so they cut the sewer line and now we’ve gone 2 weeks and counting with no access to bathroom and using our water system. We’ve been trying to call them to fix this situation and they’ve done EVERYTHING to dismiss us. They are completely useless and doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem they caused. In our house we have 5 kids and 4 adults. Can you imagine what it’s like to have this big family with no water and bathroom supply. Useless. They are useless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

I met & spoke with Mike & Sal 2 of Triumph's employees today at one of the areas where they are working on the east side. Really pleasant down-to-earth gentlemen. Their demeanor let me know that it's a company worth leaving your home in Far Rockaway @ 2am to seek employment with this company @ 6am. That is exactly what I am doing tomorrow morning. *** As for the lady that left the comment about her building sinking into the grown you meant ground right ?... If calling them isn't working... you might want to attempt emails, letters or maybe perhaps going in person to express your issues and concerns. From the looks of it though... You're the only one complaining about the building. I'm just saying... before you retreat to post something negative attempt to resolve it positively from all available avenues. Best of luck to you.

Originally I had a great relationship with this company while they were contracted to do work with Con-Ed regarding electrical line repair. Damages occurred to my properly by Triumph of which they promised to repair numerous times. 4 Months after construction completion they left the site and I gave it time to hopefully see them repair the damages to my property. After calling them last week they promised to reach out to the foreman for the job and collect details. They now send me to voicemail or hang-up when they see my Caller ID. Con-Edison is now paying for the damages after seeing the video footage of them damaging my property. Along with my damages, other neighbors have suffered damages and are currently being reimbursed by Con-Ed. They managed to turn what could have been a small bill for them, into what is now a much larger one due to their own neglect. I would strongly advise staying away from this company.

I live in one of the building this people owns and the conditions of this building are deplorable in 9 years I've been living here they have NEVER painted the hallways neither my apt. This people never answer the phones, the building is literally sinking into the grown and they are not doing nothing to fix this. Previous owners would fix this already. Since this company bought this building what they do is collect rent and nothing else, I can say this is another case of slumlord...to irresponsible, and knowing that most of the people in their building have health issues.

Hello! I know Triumph company for many years and from a quality side only. This company is a dream to work for any industry professional. Triumph known by its high reputation and demanding attention to it's work duties. I, as a CERTIFIED Heavy equipment and Volumetric concrete mixer truck operator with 9+ years of experience, would also be more than happy to join their team. Commitment, competence, creativity and collaboration are best words, that describe Triumph, and aren't require a clarification!

Fantastic company to work with and for. They always pay their vendors promptly. Management is excellent from top to bottom. Highly recommended!

Rude workers ! Moved my car forcefully without no signs or permit. When I confronted the worker all he did was laugh in my face.
