Trochta's

Their website was easy to navigate with an assortment of items to choose from. Placing an order was just as easy. Honestly, the flowers that arrived were MORE beautiful than the ones on their website. The person I sent them to was absolutely elated. It was reassuring to see that, if for whatever reason, I wasn’t satisfied with my order I could reach out to them and they would do their best to make it right. No need for that, however, because, like I said, they were glorious. Thank you Trochta’s Flowers. Your wonderful flower arrangement helped to make this year’s Valetine’s Day all that more special. I definitely would and will recommend.

Beautiful arrangements. Can’t beat the price for the quality. Almost always same day delivery and are happy to coordinate any unorthodox requests.

Highly disappointed in my most recent experience with Trochta’s. I ordered a custom bouquet over the phone and told the lady to specifically please NO Lilies. I got a photo of the bouquet from the person who received it and Lilies were all through out the bouquet. Not only is Trochta’s already overpriced, I spent $120 on this bouquet and they couldn’t follow my only request. When I called to talk to a manager about it they were absolutely not helpful, couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. She said “well she didn’t write down no lilies so the florist didn’t know” & I said “l’m not seeing how this is my fault or problem?” I’ve ordered several arrangements there as well as the person that received them has and even then they gave no effort or care to make it right for a loyal customer.

They did a marvelous job for my mom's casket spray. It was so beautiful. Prices were great.

Beautiful place. Holiday flowers and cute Holiday stuff. Candles, honey and othe cute items. Nice place to visit. No sure how big it is but I will be going back. Read another person review and I was greeted but after that no person up front came to see if I needed any help but in the nursery area it was a nice guy and he answered all my questions.

I had my nephew order roses for Mother's Day from Trochta's. My niece & sister in law, both said that the roses they received were the prettiest they had ever received. Trochta's is a great florist.

Needed to send flowers to my wife. They were on her desk at work one hour after I ordered them!

My fiance got me the most beautiful flower arrangement from Trochta's. It came with a huge vase and the fall colors were perfect for Thanksgiving! We met with Paige in the wedding department the day he got these flowers and she was pleasant and helpful in designing our wedding wishes. She listened to what we liked and look forward to seeing their creations!

Used their online ordering system and it worked great. Flowers were delivered on time and they were honestly one of the best arrangements I have ever purchased. Really great value and would recommend to anyone.
