Tropic Tan is a family operated company providing professional tanning services and products in a spotlessly clean environment. We encourage you to subscribe on our website. Once registered, we'll send out timely newsletters with special discounts and other incentives to make Tropic Tan Salon your choice in tanning salons.

Tropic Tan tanning suites adhere to an "Extreme-Clean" policy and are inviting as well as comfortable to make your tanning experience a pleasure. You will find our caring, knowledgeable staff eager to serve you. If you are a new or intermittent tanner please let us know and we will be happy to direct you to the best possible bed for your tanning needs.

We now offer extended hours and take our last appointment at 9pm. There are NO UP-FRONT fees, contracts to sign or initiation/membership fees. We offer reasonable single session rates and discounts on monthly, semi-annual and annual packages as well as student discounts.

Our beds include: Ergoline beds, Stand-Up beds and Leg beds. We have Reddening bulbs and Bronzing bulbs as well as a complete line of tanning lotions to fit every need. The beds are serviced regularly -and we ONLY use new, quality bulbs in our beds.

The staff is super helpful and friendly! Their bed levels and prices for packages are fairly priced, and I love that they don’t have the 24 hour policy like most salons! Also I received a custom spray for a formal and it was one of the most natural looking spray tans ever and boy did it last! Their new location in Woodstock in also super nice, I’m quite spoiled. A great place to tan. I have always been treated respectfully by the staff. Including the owner. Sharon Herd she is a wonderful, kind lady who always has a smile on her face. She is one of the hardest working people I've ever seen and truly cares about her customers, her business and her employees The beds are always clean and I have never had a problem with availability. It would be my pleasure to highly recommend Tropic Tan. It's also nice to support an incredible local female entrepreneur.

The owners are local, female owned her sweet husband who did landscaping for many year is the sweetest most honest man. They are why I picked here. It’s a special place and I look forward to the to the second location near Walmart on bellsferry. The KSU girls are the best I ask the most random unrelated questions bc they hip and with it. Lol it is a nice place ever we’ll taken care of great beds and deals on everything. No upselling like tropic tans trash
Lovely staff and very clean facilities! Great, modern beds with new light bulbs. Love this place to get your base tan before a beach trip. Staff is always friendly and polite. The owner is a pleasure and very welcoming. Thank you!
I really enjoy and look forward to tanning here! The staff is always friendly, and they have excellent customer service. They encourage you to keep your lotion with them so they can keep the lotion at the correct temperature so it will work efficiently like it's supposed to. They also have kept up with my goggles as well. I have the VIP membership, which nearly reduces the price I pay by like almost 20 dollars a month compared to the regular monthly amount!
It was my first time tanning using a bed and the lady working the front told me everything i needed to know and hooked me up with a sample accelerator. She was super nice! I used the level 4 stand up booth and it was great. Got color after one use and can't wait to fo back. It was $16 for a single time and i think that's more than fair compared to other places
Love love love!!!! Besides the awesome staff that works there. The actual beds are always up to parr! Super clean, and the bulbs are always on point!!!
