Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My wife really likes coming here for smoothies. We were going to the North Little Rock location but the service here is so much better. Service with a smile, I say thank you, they say you're welcome. Things like that to me matters.

I come here with my family every other week. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes. They're understaffed and some people order like 15 things . This place is good though and has great smoothies. Also Has a drive through in the back wouldn't recommend if you can go in. Drive through is slow. Wish they hire more people

Good food fast. I wish the staff was a little nicer in the drive through. I think they are just short handed and don’t have as much time. We eat here air and will continue.

It is in a great place but the customer service is terrible. When I entered the cafe, she was rudely saying that why did you come and is it online or order. I was thinking and she was forcing me to tell what I am going to order. It is not a nice thing to say. I am very disappointed.

The girl working drive-through on October 8 at 12:30 is very rude. Love this chain and their products but this employee is ruining this location.

Tried their maple flavored sweet potatoes and detox island smoothie. Wasn't impressed with either one, but the sweet potatoes weren't bad.
