Have a bad habit of checking reviews for pick up and drop off locations? Well, so do I! Guard shack experience was below average but considering the distance requirements due to COVID-19 it’s understandable. Although whatever in the world it was that this man had in his mouth made his speech difficult to understand. Appointment for drop and hook was honored at 10:00 and when asked if I needed an empty my appointment became live unload AND was immediately provided with a door number! I’m docked in and they’ve started live unloading my truck.

Best way is to take exit 14A from 78 then keep left to the toll boot . Follow the road sign for nj185N then take a right from stop sign and again right to the street . The warehouse is right at the front . Check in with security with your #BOL or #PO . They will give you door right . Enough space for backing up , unhook the trailer and park near .collect the paper from The security office . Overnight parking on the street . Usually take 2-3 hours loading/unloading

My appoinment was 4pm reached there 10am and out by 11am i guess it was my lucky day,nice guys though

Worst place to pick or delivery. Even if you han an appointment , you still have to wait 5 or 6 hours. This it’s my 3rd time and my last one. Always the same it’s not gonna change.

Worst place to do a pickup. I am here for 2 hours and I had arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time but I still haven’t got a dock yet. No doubt I’ll be stuck here for few more hours. Good luck to everyone coming here for pickup.

I had few pickup from the company. - Quick loading by appointment - Safe and secure loading process - Easy check in/out. - Plenty space to backup -

Easy for D/H Check in and out at the guard shack. Drop your loaded trailer and pick up empty all in one area. In and out in 30 min.

Good place fast loading it takes just 1:45 hr from check in to check out then all good to go. Plz don’t follow Garmin gps just follow google maps. Take 14A exit then follow 440 to 185 then all set

Not too bad load in about 2 hours. Got there one hour before the appt time and they got me in. The security guys were nice.

This place has amazing work ethics. No lie my dispatch said drop and hook but they didn’t have a empty trailer for me to take so I opted to live unload. Had my trailer empty within an hour. Other warehouses and DCs’ need to take note. Second time I’ve been here and everyone is about there business. Great job people.
