Dr Xu knew right away what I was experiencing and the acupuncture made me feel very light and clear headed. My blockage and pain I had in my neck and head are gone. She was very helpful and kind. I was very comfortable especially for it being my first time!

As if words were needed after viewing these three pictures - that don't even do its justice!!!!!!!!!!!
As I pulled one foot from my pants and put the other back on the floor I stepped on this empty vile/ casing which I choose to over see and continue to get on the table. I was looking for an extra pillow to cushion me and saw a bloody cotton ball half falling off of the counter next to me!!! DISGUSTING!!!! - HEALTH CODE VIOLATION?!!!!! I jumped up and started to get dressed and the woman opened the door. I told her how unimpressed, disgusted and flat out creeped out I was and she said "Okay, i'll see you up front." I was left confused and met her in the front where she told me, "It was the cleaning persons fault... she didn't come and it was messy." I proceeded to ask her how it's possible to open her doors to the public and not even know what was lying behind them. I asked to speak to the owner or have their names or information to contact them. SHE LIED (found her face on their individual website SHE IS THE OWNER (PATHETIC)) and told me that she doesn't deal with complaints she's only the doctor who is hired. ALSO that the higher up owners were on vacation. I asked when they would be back and she said she didn't know and then that they would never pick up and deal with anything like this complaint. So then I was about out the door and she continued to try to treat me. I have been so desperate to gain relief of my pain that I took her offer of a clean room in a few minutes. She left me for 40 minutes in a position that made my pain worse. She then LEFT A NEEDLE HANGING IN MY FOREHEAD WHEN SHE HAD ME LIE FACE DOWN ON THE TABLE FOR CUPPING.. and I couldn't figure out why my head hurt and my sweater got caught on the needle as I was getting dressed vigorously to run out of this place!!!! She offered me a discount off of a price that was increased by 25 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone! I told her it wasn't about the money, I could have afforded everything. I don't know why I even apologized for exploding on her for FILTHY environment and lack of professionalism. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is and i'll never go back, refer anyone, and relay the message to the people and all of their patients who referred me in the first place.
This place doesn't deserve any stars, costumers / patients. SICK.

Me and my husband Mike been an avid clients of tradional Chinese Accupuncture practioners or i called the wonders of pain/ the healers, and my awesome experiences to Dr.Xu's clinic are very much satisfied ( my sciatica from hips, legs to my foot healed by electro accupuncture in one visit last Tuesday 5-30-17, plus the cupping technique on my lower back, shoulders are pretty good after done.Please don't suffer to all aches and pains in your body ! Very highly recomending Dr.Shuyun Xu.( Troy Accupuncture)

Dr. Xu is knowledgeable, caring and professional. For acupuncture, it's best to go to someone Chinese and trained in China where the the medical training is far more extensive. The first thing she did for me was stop a headache instantly. I've been seeing her for cancer treatment side effects and she's been extremely helpful.. I discovered that acupuncture can prevent the formation of internal scar tissue following surgery! My rigid skin and surgical scars softened right up. But good for so many other things too. Various packages are offered to help economize on cost for ongoing treatments.

Got a Groupon for Troy acupuncture and was hoping it would help my neck problems and sleep issues. I was a little nervous about it at first but doctor made me feel comfortable. So after my treatment she asked if I wanted a massage. So I had the massage and don't think I will have another one. It was more of a deep tissue then I like and with the language barrier I just went with it. I did make another appointment a month later and got acupuncture done and the cupping. The cupping is a different experience and would do it again. After that appointment my neck felt a lot better!! Will be going back.
