Just went on a virtual tour of my new home and I must say not only was I impressed with the unit, I was very impressed with Damion Reid’s presentation of my new home. I felt as though I was actually physically touring the unit rather than doing so virtually. That’s just how personable Damion was. He made me feel at home before I even moved in. From the elevator and the hallway leading to my unit and opening the front door to nice hardwood floors, a long spacious hallway, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, soundproof windows, large stainless steel refrigerator, washer and dryer, a pleasant view, the list goes on. I am very pleased! Damion answered all of my questions and more. Kudos to The Troy Family!

We recently experienced a fire in our condo building and had to relocate to a new place quickly. We found a great apartment at the Troy. Mohammad has been amazing during one of the most difficult times in our lives. He has welcomed us into the building and made our transition into a new home easy. He has helped coordinate the delivery of packages and furniture because we really have nothing and everything is being delivered all at once while we are trying to work. His professionalism and level of service is the highest standard. I’m so glad we found this building.

I can't say enough good things about the Troy experience! From the leasing office and management, to the concierge, to the maintenance/repair team, to the amazing amenities, it has been an absolute pleasure. Everyone who works here is top-notch. Troy offers luxury and comfort in one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Boston, with easy access to the highway and other parts of the city. The high-rise view is spectacular, and the larger mid-rise roof offers the perfect space for gatherings.

Living at Troy Boston was an excellent experience, and I greatly enjoyed my time there. The units are very clean and well-kept, and the amenities are beautiful. The staff is also very kind, attentive, and willing to help, which I greatly appreciated. Mohammad, in particular, was always extremely helpful, helping me to navigate the moving process, among many other things. Thank you, Troy, for a wonderful experience!

Nothing but great things to say about this building and community. The staff consistently went above and beyond to help me with my needs and questions, and maintenance was available and helpful with emergencies after-hours. The shared amenities were great, always clean, and always available to use, even in peak hours. In a whole year of living here, I only ever had to put in one maintenance request for an appliance issue, so the units are very new and well equipped with reliable appliances. The security of the building is great, I never had issues with non-residents within the building and always felt very safe. Absolutely loved my experience living here!

I recently toured the property with Mohammad and was incredibly impressed. He actually made an apartment tour entertaining and fun! He listened intently to what I was looking for and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I am considering a long distance move and Troy wasn't even on my radar and now it's the front runner. Had a really great experience! Travel nurse that just moved to Boston for the next 4 months. Called a million apartment complexes to ask about info on leases, nobody was as knowledgeable as Mohammad. First and only place I toured and signed on the spot. He did a great job, was friendly, outgoing, and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to be a resident. Thanks!

Moved in to the Troy building in September and dealt with Mohammad! He was a pleasure to deal with! His professionalism and information about the building helped us decide that the Troy building was the right fit over others looked at in the area! Been living here now for 3 months and been 100% happy with the amenities and building staff! Would recommend the Troy to anyone!!

I will soon be moving out of my apartment as I have to relocate for school, but I can honestly say that in my short time at Troy 4 month lease due to graduation timeline I can only speak highly of the building. Any requests made by the residents are taken into consideration and promptly resolved. I lived on the 16th floor next to the highway and rarely had issues with noise, or noise from any neighbours. The management team has always been responsive and super helpful both throughout my move in and my move out process. Special thanks to Mohammad for all the help! The concierge team is incredible as they are always willing to help out the residents and are always friendly and genuine. Service request are resolved on the same day which rarely happens in other buildings. Location is prime and apartment finishes are excellent! If I did not have to relocate it is safe to say I would have loved to stay, overall I had a great experience!

Mohammad is a consummate professional. From first tour to move-in was about 2 months and along the way he answered the many questions I had and always responded very quickly. He was very easy to work with. He meets you where you are at and doesn't try to put any pressure on you. If you are looking at Troy, talk to Mohammad.
