This place is top notch. Travis is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and feels good to be in. I got a package to use the infrared sauna. I love chilling out in it with a book. This is one of my favorite independent business discoveries in town.

Hands down one of the greatest places to relax and to experience top notch relaxation. I get frequent migraines and Cryo is the best remedy. Not to mention, Travis is professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend for any aches and pains. You won’t be disappointed.
