Went to take out money from the ATM with a different bank card. I needed cash and the store was convenient. When inserting my card, the machine had a glitch and took my card. The single employee inside told me that there was nothing she could do for me. I called the main office and the woman pretty much said, stuff happens and I hung up. Great customer service!!!
I highly recommend working with Brittany McCarthy. She just finished helping me with a loan and the process was incredibly smooth start to finish and Brittany was very helpful and prompt in all communications. I’ll definitely be sending others her way!

TruChoice has been my credit union for so long because I trust them. I've been hacked/scammed/and stolen from. TruChoice had my back for these fraudulent charges. With constant security upgrades, I feel more secure. I get notified with charges that seem odd, and that has saved my hard earned money on multiple occasions.
No shared branching. No phone payments for loans. No weekend hours. No options outside of weekday hours most people are busy working. This bank is stuck in the 80s and clearly has no interest in being convenient.

I’ve done banking here for 14 years. Debbie Harris my loan officer bends over backwards anytime I need anything. Always makes it happen on short notice. Won’t ever use anyone else. they have common sense in the properties they will finance and funding sources. Over all happy with the mortgage process but they were off by $1200 on closing cost and sprung it on us. They are working hard with us to show better service
