I am a regular customer now at Tru Vape Largely due to Fred. He cares about his customers. He also makes his best effort to train his staff. All staff Members are always polite, helpful with a wide variety of products. They allow me to sample drops from my finger tip to my lips to get an idea of optional flavors. Great job to Fred and others who’s names I do not know yet

Great looking shop! Some knowledgeable people working there and everyone is super friendly, but it seems pointless to go there for juice, their company slogan seems to be "sorry, we're sold out" ‍ You'd think that if you're constantly sold out of something 5 out of 7 days of the week, you would ORDER MORE! but what do I know? They do have a great selection of mods and hardware tho!

Great store, broad selection of juices, devices, and accessories. The store was better stocked than any I've seen in months. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Prices on vape juice were about average, though the disposable tanks were well, well below average, ~$6 instead on $10. Definitely a good place to shop, and I will be back!

Clean,.good customer service and reasonable prices with a good selection. Love this place! Bought a new pod mod? Not sure what to call it other than a good pick. Staff was super helpful and patient with my inquisitive personality. The young lady that helped me back in June of 20 was a sweet heart and knew what was a good fit for my vape needs/wants. Bought the SMOK scar P5. Not sure if I've seen another yet. I've been asking several vape lounges could be discontinued? Regardless, I love this little pod mod. The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of inventory when supplies is available. They were running low during, "that time¿" due to supply chain reasons during twenty twenty. We have been back several times and they had plenty of vape supplies and oils to choose from in June of 21. Not so much inventory that its overwhelming. Can't wait to get back to make another purchase and then roll down the road a bit and pop in for Dim Sum or some Vietnamese food.

Sold me a bottle of arctic blast e-liquid by Kazillion E-Liquid for $25 plus tax. Undefined size, but probably about 50 ml. A little spendy, but hey, it's Vegas and I was on vacation. Taste was great, but after a few days, what I presume is the menthol in the liquid started to crystalize. This caused two problems - clogging the spout of the container it came in and clogging my tank's atomizer, causing a burning taste. Two stars because I essentially wasted $25 on e-liquid, and they didn't provide nic levels above 6mg. Not sure if that's a state regulation or not, but you can easily get up to 18mg online. I didn't have time to try to remedy the issue with them directly, but you'd think they should have tried the product themselves before selling it.

Fleece is the truth! He got me exactly what I needed! Fast friendly and he was so dope to talk to! He puts the tru in Truvape! Every time I come to Vegas I’m coming here period!

They have regular juice for vaping and salt nic. Other places only had salt nic. it was $30 for a 60ml, not to bad for the strip. Would recommend if your visiting, probably somewhere cheaper as you leave downtown area. Quick service and cute cashier.

Im from Michigan,visited Vegas on vacation and happened to stop in this store for some juice.. these dudes workin in here are badass!! Super helpful and willing to answer any questions without any hesitation.. made me feel welcome i definitely recommend!!!!

Great shop, I went in for coils and came out with a brand new mod. Top notch shop, great mods lots to choose from, quality vape juices. The guy that sold me the mod, set it up for me give me some tips and a quick tutorial. I was out the door in what seem like no time at all. Fast friendly & helpful.
