DONT BUY!!!! do not buy!!!! DO NOT BUY.. Don't buy from this company, unless you're willing to wait for a whole 9 months to get an unfinished product. We purchased the truck back in February and for months leading up to it being finished, we either did not get a response from Shay or it was the same answer when he did pick up. "It'll be don't this week." and that same answer was given for months. Keep in mind, while waiting for this truck to be delivered, we were making payments for it each month without the truck. When we agreed to purchase the truck we were promised it would take about three months for us to get it. it nearly took 8/9 months to receive it. Finally, the "finished product" was done. We still waited weeks for them to deliver the truck. Since the company that they hire to deliver was never available to deliver it. Finally, the truck gets delivered.. We are excited to get this truck and get to work.. First, of upon receiving the truck the truck was sooo dirty and not cleaned at all, when they said it was taking a while because they were working on the minor details of detailing. It had oil and all kinds of residue left from the mechanics. Not even one day that the truck has worked and we've already had to take it to the mechanics and it is leaking. So now, we have to miss work and take it to get it fixed. This company has been a nightmare to work for. Honestly, I am not too sure how this man or company can still be in business with all the reviews stating the same thing. Unfortunately we overlooked the reviews and we are paying a very high price for it. Don't over look this review. You will thank me later. I've spent sooo much money this past week trying to have it working. I have spent over $5,000 this week on trying to figure out the problem?

A rip off business who asks for most of your money up front then completely goes off of his own schedule and time, because you now belong to him. Doesn’t call you back, lies about the progress, used car salesman tactics. The final product: Garbage. Do not be fooled by the photos. Non are of his trucks. Look up his business in google maps and his reviews . Nuff said. Stay away from Shady Shay

Wahoooo Julio from this business been trying to contact me since I want to buy my super 10 dump truck, but now after seeing all those reviews I'm not sure anymore, I'm in California.

First of all the pictures of the website is nothing in comparison to the actual place, Straight hole in the wall smack dab in the Hood. This guy's are deceptive, unprofessional, they can of people you don't want to due business with unless you want trouble!

Be very leery of doing business with this company. There is always an excuse why work doesn't get done. We lost a painter, we lost a welder, the machine we use to lift the tank broke down.... I read the reviews online before deciding to do business with this company but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. From my experience with this company the reviews are probably all true. Response to Shay's comments: The paint job on the frame was thrown in because 2 aluminum toolboxes ~$900, which were listed in the original ad and shown in the pictures were not on the truck when I went to pick it up. I didn't wait a week to get the truck after it was finished...it WASN'T done the day I went to pick it up. I currently have the wiring torn apart at the back of the truck because every time I turn on the work lights, at the back of the truck, it immediately turns off all the marker, turn and backup lights. There were 4 work lights on the original tank, pictured and listed in the seller's ad. The 2 side lights and wiring to them are gone and only one at the back of the truck is working. The paint job on the tank that I paid $2200 is sub par. The top of the tank and the front behind the cab both look like over spray or not enough paint. Shay said as soon as he got my 50% down they would get the tank in the paint booth and get it painted since they had time to do it. One excuse for not getting the truck done in a timely manner was the fact the truck wouldn't fit in the paint booth with the tank on so they were going go have to paint the tank outside and since it had been raining frequently they couldn't get it done. I bought a super tag almost 5 months ago. And I still haven’t got my truck. Meanwhile I’ve been paying every month for a truck that I haven’t got.

I bought a truck from this company. They did an awesome job!

Terrible service. Do not use this builder. Bought a truck and took 3 months longer to build than promised. Picked up the truck and was missing a u bolt on front axle, and had different sized front tires. First day on the job airbag broke. Within the first 2 months the turbo went out. Now my ram has failed due to their installation with bolts hitting the top seal. They won’t return any phone calls or stand behind there work. I will never buy from them ever again and urge you to spend your money elsewhere.

I recently bought a truck from them and it was a terrible mistake. Shay, the owner, does not follow through with his promise. My truck had issues as soon as I got it and I got stuck with a mechanic bill right away. It was leaking coolant and the ac didn't work. Shay said he would cover those costs and ended up giving me the run around and not paying. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.

My husband bought a truck about a month ago and the truck is nothing short of amazing . The only down side is waiting about a month for it to deliver, but when you get it you have saved 10s of thousands of dollars and is show room ready. On top of that, I got approved thru their partner finance company, Partners Capital, relatively easy so I was able to get approved and get a truck all in one stop!
