My pupsas where on point and brought me back home to South East Texas. I ordered 10 to bring back with me to Bangor! Should of ordered more!!! And my plátano frito was like an orgasm in my mouth!!!!
This slice of Latin Heaven came to mind. It's been a few years we have visited. But it was our last night of vacation and we had craving for spanish food. It was the only one we could find at that time. Thank goodness it was this restaurant. We loved the ambient, the kind service and incredibly delicious food. Looking forward to stop by again next time we visit New England.
Authentic, simple and homemade comfort food. Love the Pupusas, Tamales and Enchiladas. Family owned. The food has got good balance and does not feel like eating fast food. I love the homemade salsas. Service is casual and the occasional lapses did not bother me because the owner is a good guy!
Had an awesome lunch at tu casa the other day. I've always loved the pupusas and burritos. Decided to try out the enchiladas Salvadorean style or something similarly named They exceeded my expectations. Nice crispy flat bread with flavorful but mild in spice beef on top. Crispy fresh toppings, and the rice and beans on the side we're very well done.
As always, really good food, kind service. Not a place to go when you're in a rush but instead to sit and enjoy. Or, order meals to go!
Took my prego wife and son here for some good authentic food. My son devoured everything he could stuff his face his little face with on our plates. She said it was some the best food she ever had. I can agree this food is the best if you love authentic food. Kid-friendliness: We ate outside on the picnic tables to avoid mess from our son.
All we got was the meat and cheese pupusa, and it was pretty good!
So glad I tried this place! Fresh, tasty food with good variety. It seems intimidating since it sounds like a very foreign food, but if you like Mexican/Hispanic, you'll enjoy this! Big portions at reasonable prices. Seems like a place of regulars with the phone always ringing. Definitely will return.
Amazing burritos and plantains at very reasonable prices. Good size portions as well. A little bit of a wait for take out, but well worth it since it's fresh to order. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas to eat there.
The food here is very good and fresh. It's definitely a small place, I'd say it can't hold more than 30 people. Good service too. You can BYOB, they do not serve alcohol but do have a fridge of random Hispanic sodas and juices that you get up and grab.
