2018. We listed our home in November, just before the holidays...probably not the best time considering everyone has a lot going on and it’s not prime home-buying season. Well, Tucker and Oleg hit the ground running, holding several open houses—-even on holiday weekends. We got an offer New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have been happier. We would definitely use them again. Fall 2021 They did it again! We signed our contract with Tucker and Oleg just before Labor Day Weekend. They had professional photos taken and listed within two days, in time for showing over the three-day holiday. The weekend brought our first offer but Tucker advised us to wait.
