Tucker Pointe

Lived here for quite some time. There’s a new management woman who is never in her office and takes numerous breaks because she lives on the property. She definitely abuses the location. Snow removal is part of rent— but good luck getting out of your house at a reasonable time. they don’t come by until they find it convenient in the afternoon— they won’t clear during snowfall because they don’t wanna do it more than once. Any concern we’ve had with the property when brought to the management was always met with a poor attitude and would only occasionally have a solution. Very nice property. I liked living here. The house layouts are nice.

I have lived in many rental properties throughout the Fargo Moorhead area with a couple different management agencies - and this has by far been the best place I have lived. Office staff is friendly, maintenance requests are handled fast and they go above and beyond to make their tenants comfortable example: we had a couple issues with the freezer in our fridge staying cold, within a week we had a brand new fridge. The unit we are in is beautiful, with a large pond in the backyard and well-maintained grounds.

Maintenance is so fast. I have never lived anywhere that has this great of maintenance. They even shovel our steps and sidewalk up to our home. Office staff is so friendly and accommodating. So happy we are making our home here at Tucker Pointe!

I rented from these people for a total of 8yrs. , we discovered our unit had levels of radon gas in it and they refused to do anything about it. A long time resident died from lung cancer & had been renting a unit just like ours in April 2016. She was only in her 60's. Radon gas causes lung cancer!!! After paying these people over $100, 000 dollars in rent and always paying our rent on time & being a model tenant, we chose to move out. Then they nickel and dimed us to death, eating up half of our security deposit! They were so petty, they charged us for fire alarm batteries and a furnace and refrigerator filter!! Our unit was 3 levels roughly 1900 square feet. Our central air unit never quit running in the Summer, so our Xcel Energy biills were higher than what were paying at our 5, 000 square foot shop we rent! The air ducts are filthy, i dont believe they've ever been cleaned out since they were built. My husband & I had severe allergies and breathing issues the whole time we rented from them, which have since cleared up now that we've moved out! I rented from Burlington Townhomes in West Fargo and they were 100 times better than these people if your looking for a townhome to rent. Plus i recieved my WHOLE security deposit back within a week and a half. As opposed to Tucker Point taking almost 30 days to refund us and only giving us half!! These people have a tremendous amount of empty units if you drive through there 5 properties. Think about it before you sign any lease with these people!!!

Yards are kept up, management and maintenance are always fun to talk with. Rent is ok but could be a little lower. Townhouse themselves are really nice.

Tucker Pointe is a great place to live; the premises are very nice and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Love all the window and back yard view! Do wish it had a deep/large bathtub. Other than that very satisfied.
