Awesome store in the heart of Georgetown with a nice selection of toys for a wide range of ages. Prices are reasonable for a brick-and-mortar store. But what really is great is the excellent customer service by Grace. It’s all in her name. She’s so graceful!
I just LOVED finding this store! It’s laid out in a logical way. The staff is extremely helpful. I had seen a fabulous stuffed elephant and they delivered it within hours with a bow! This will definetly be my go to toy store when shopping for my grandchildren.
I visited the shop looking for gifts for my nephew’s first birthday—specifically Tegu blocks. The staff were so helpful and they made thoughtful suggestions. I found exactly what I wanted and ideas for the future. I really appreciate that they took the time to wrap the gifts, also!

I went into buy a kid's doll and the person at the cash register was speaking with someone on speakerphone, when I bought the doll she put it down on the counter on my side, without putting it in a bag. I asked her if I can have a bag. She grabbed one with her free hand meanwhile holding her phone on speaker on the other hand and hovered it over the counter, the whole transaction time not saying a single thing. I grabbed it down and put the doll in it myself
This rating is from my 8-year old boy who shopped there for Pokemon cards. He thinks the store should upgrade the Pokemon section to offer more options. The section next to the Lego sets need to be upgraded to accommodate older kids. And then the section where the toy trains are should be the toddler section…. Please take this review with a grain of salt… The store lady from Atlanta was friendly.
