I was with Tulsa Insurance Guy for years and found a cheaper policy with Geico so I went with them. Well long story short TIG forgot to send the cancelation form over to equity and I have been fighting for 3 going on 4 weeks to get my money back that they took out of my account that was not authorized. Update: My service was great up until this happend.. but today i received a call from Jimmy apologizing for everything and that means alot. I really appreciate him calling me and making it right.

Being out of state and needing coverage in Oklahoma on a rental home, after it was converted from a homeowners policy to a Landlord's rental property policy, I chose to use T.I.G. since they were an independent agent who could look into rates from multiple carriers to find the best premium rate. That saved us from having to contact and solicit quotes from multiple dedicated underwriters who only represent their own brand. The process was relatively efficient and all paperwork was handled long distance, and coverage placed within a week of first contact.

I'm so glad I came across Jimmy, the Tulsa Insurance Guy. He saved me over $1200 on my annual premiums while giving me better coverage. Tulsa Insurance Guy provided me with new auto insurance coverage quickly, efficiently, and for a low price. Before contacting this company, I had received a non-renewal notice from my previous insurance agent due to them no longer operating with a larger company. I was unaware of the laborious process of acquiring new insurance, and thus had put the process off until the last day possible. Thankfully, Krista at Tulsa Insurance Guy guided me through the steps needed to prevent a lapse in coverage. Even though I was completely clueless about the details of my previous insurance plan (another shortsighted error on my part), Krista was very friendly and offered me advice on how I could give that information (all I needed was to text my VIN). Within 10 minutes of sending Krista my VIN, she gave me a quote at a very reasonable price and proceeded to e-mail me a document to sign for proof of insurance. It still amazes me that I didn't even have to stop by their office to receive that proof of insurance promptly (I was at work and had no opportunity to leave early). All in all, I am more than pleased with my experience with Tulsa Insurance Guy. Despite the frustrating circumstance presented to them, they were hospitable, honest, and hardworking. I can safely say that I would wholeheartedly recommend Tulsa Insurance Guy to anyone looking to switch insurance plans.
