First timer here. Loved the place. Price is great with better than average service. Polite and professional. Clean and unique. Hannah was my stylist. Loved everything about her.
So my wife bought me a gift certificate for this franchise. I called the Bellaire location where she pirchased and it went out of business. I decided to go to the I-10 location. Upon arriving, i could only see 2 people working. I asked if i could get a hct etc..the desk person said it would be an hour before someone could see me. I said i had gone to the other location and drove 35 minutes, i couldnt wait an hour due to wok...so i asked how to redeem gift certificate, she gave me a number to call since ahe said itsba franchise...if a gift certificate is pirchased with cash, you would think that they cpuld redeem it..so i called Sam 3 times at corporate, she put someone in touch with me who said she would get back with me before the weekend....never heard from her... i decided to go to the third location...i asked for an inch to be taken off, but it was alot more than expected since i do have longer hair...but the stylist was nice, and accomodating regarless... Moral...dont do gift certificates.
I am extremely happy with the service I've been receiving from this establishment. Michelle is so professional and good at her job, and she was the main reason I decided to purchase the monthly membership. Gentlemen, we know there is nothing more satisfying than getting a haircut, nice chat, AND don't get me started with the shaving. 10/10 all thanks to Michelle. I also want to gives kudos to the receptionist. She is very professional, courteous, and kind. She also help me booking my appointments.Services: Haircut
Changed to this location because the one on 290 and 34th was poorly staffed The guy that cut my hair had some serious body odor and had no idea how to cut nails. I signed up for the VIP package and have visited multiple times. The last few times I went there was an hour to an hour and a half wait even though VIP is suppose to get me bumped up in line. The last time I went I called in the morning when they opened and I was told they cannot do pedicures on Saturday or Sunday my only days to do it and cannot do it the next weekend either. I then asked if I can at least get my haircut and if I should make an appointment only VIP can make appointments and I was told to just come in. I got there in the afternoon and there was an hour and half wait. This was the 3rd time I showed up and walked out without service. I am canceling my membership and asking for refund for the month I was unable to use.
Michelle is a barber at the Tune up. seriously she is an asset to the business. I went there only because I needed a haircut for a special event and my two go to places didnt have my stylist. I have had really bad experiences at this place but Michelle totally came through and gave me a great hair cut. Lots of attention to detail, very personable, attentive. Just a great experience all around. If you haven't been to this place in a while I would consider giving it another try and ask for their barber Michelle.Service: Haircut
Second visit to this location and another great haircut. Michelle was awesome. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
I prefer this location over all of them. Staff is polite and attentive, and the hair cut was great Michelle did such a great job. Aside from the haircut the conversation is also great she always take awsome care of me. I recommend anyone that needs a cut to stop by this location.
Great place to go get your ears lowered, friendly staff and they always deliver. A great haircut and beard trim for me!
