First time experience: front register person is abrupt but that’s not inherently a bad thing. Dough for dumplings is more bready than I’ve seen before but the flavors are very good. The general Tso chicken is a little tough but sauce is very good tang to it. Wonton is the star of this purchase! Good meat to dough ratio and perfect texture.
Ordered a few times, they are always rude when they answer the phone. Last time the egg rolls tasted funny and next day ended up with food poisoning. When I went in the store to tell them, the store was filthy! I will never go here again. Service is terrible and food is horrible! I would definitely go somewhere else. I have already contacted the BBB! The woman who answers the phone is thee most ignorant person I’ve ever came across I don’t know how they are even in business!
It was horrible I called and the first thing I heard was a loud sign. I was hoping she was just tired and continued to order then she was rushing me and when she asked me what side I said medium. She implied they didn’t have that size so I asked what size they had and was told to check the menu in a disrespectful manner. And it just continues to go on so I just hung up because I was getting very angry and did not wish to yell
I absolutely love this place. Best Chinese food! Their rice is always fresh - not old or grease filled. It’s light and fresh and their cheese wontons are the best! The service is great. You can tell the difference in the food!! Kid-friendliness: Not inappropriate Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Curb and spacious dining area
The people here are very sarcastic and rude. The ratio of veggies to meat is ridiculous. I ordered shrimp fried rice with 3 meals and all together 12 the shrimp count was 4 small shrimp to each fried rice dish. Absolutely absurd to have paid the amount they want. Never again. Will I ordered from them. This is the shrimp n garlic sauce with shrimp fried rice. Should have been just shrimp n garlic sauce not shrimp and all the veggies. N the fried rice needed more shrimp
The hot and sour soup is on point. The crispy noodle is fresh and crunchy. I love to put in the crispy noodle into the soup. I order the lunch special L22 Szechuan beef, it came with a small hot and sour soup. It was so good, I order another pint as well. The beef and fried pork fried rice was freshly made. I think all orders are made to order and nothing pre made and scooped.
We've been ordering from here for 5+ years and every order is outstanding. Never a bad experience ordering over the phone and the delivery speed is like no other.
The food is OK but the customer service is the worst I have seen in a long while... The female worker at the front is rude and have no idea what good customer service is or don't care... I will not buy from them again...
We had beef with vegetables with brown sauce, egg roll. We also ordered wonton and hot and sour soup. They were fast and reasonably priced. The bulletproof glass that the server takes your order behind is a sign of times we live in.
Ok so first off the food here is decent for a American Chinese Restaurant. The issue I have is that the website doesn't allow you to add modifications, like it used to, to orders you make. Which is frustrating and since calling into the restaurant to let them know the simplest modifications, such as "extra spicy" or "no onions", is a hassle with multiple people there having a language barrier. One time, one of the persons who answered freaked out because I asked for steamed or boiled wontons instead of fried. "No, no we can't do that...never, no!" She said obviously upset. Which I have asked for said request online, when it was possible to make modifications online and it was never an issue. Please, fix your website to allow typed in modifications to orders so it is less of a hassle/stress on both your customers and your employees. Thank you Features: They allow for safe practices with Covid-19.
