Turf Pro

Turfpro services have declined in the past few years. I signed up for annual fertilization program in early spring and they never showed up to do the work. I made several calls to follow up and they always told me they'd be out next week to treat my lawn. It's now July and still nothing, therefore contracted TruGreen and they we're the next day to treat my lawn. TruGreen cost was lower and service much better than Turfpro. I'm not sure what happened for Turfpro's service to take a dive, but at this point I don't care. I was a loyal customer for 4+ years but not anymore. I guess they either we're too busy or didn't want business from a loyal customer. Their loss

Turf Pro has taken care of my irrigation needs for the past two years. Mike is always on time, knowledgeable, and does not try to sell me things not needed. He does quality work and has even been able to help fix things that the previous home owners left 'rigged'. I've also used Turf Pro for core aeration with excellent results. I'd definitely recommend for irrigation and lawn care needs.

We have used Turf Pro for many years for our lawn service. They are always reliable and our lawn looks great. We've also enlisted them for some additional services like aeration. We've never had any issues or problems. I recommend them!

Turf Pro has provided much better service than the prior service we were getting from another reputable and well known company. Our yard looks better, they are on time and always willing to address any concerns, issues or questions we have. We plan to continue using Turf Pro.

Turf Pro was professional throughout the scheduling process, and provided thorough documentation of the products they used on my lawn. Within a few hours of treatment, weeds were dying and new grass was able to start taking over through the patches of browning weeds. The treatment took less than a half hour for our lawn by a very professional rep. Looking forward to a better lawn already!

Turf Pro gives great individual customer service. I've gotten great advice from Mike on my lawn as well as my trees. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have one of the best looking lawns on the block, thanks to Turf Pro!

Unfortunately, I paid for entire season upfront as I always have. We also paid for additional services. We have only received one treatment to date. I called early on and Mike told me he would be out in an hour, never came. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

I hesitantly renewed and prepaid for this season after a few years of declining service reliability. Have been a customer for several years. Prepaid for a multiple application plan with a couple add ons. Only recieved one application this season and that was after I had to ask. No explanation was provided. I expect a refund of the balance.

They do a nice job and are professional. I just moved into a new home and the lawn needed a lot of work. They were helpful in recommending what products would be best for my lawn. My only suggestion is to shop around to make sure the price is competitive.

I too paid upfront and never recd the services. I got the run around all last year but yet he contacts me this year and said he is with another company. He doesn't have access to my account but yet can email me? Run!
