Turner's Consumer Service

Used for a couple warranty repairs. Had no issues in 2021, but in 2022 for the same issue, could not get the technician to call the proper line to update the warranty company. Then after talking multiple times to both the warranty company and service company, the service company turners denied what was previously discussed and stated they were ordering parts. Had to start all over with a new repair company.

Ok! I just had a repair man from Turners come out to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. We had a Lowe's warranty on it so we didn't really have a lot of choice in who we got-but I think we hot the jack pot! He was amazing! It was actually a really easy fix and he could have just left it there, but he actually gave me a whole tutorial about how our dishwasher works and ways to maximize its effectiveness. I seriously didn't realize how many little things made TOTAL sense but I had never thought of that before. I had asked if I could schedule a time for him to come back out and look at what I thought was a leak in the washing machine and our icemaker that is bipolar and will randomly not work for months and then suddenly work for a couple weeks. He went and looked at them both right then, figured out what the problems were very quickly and then gave me very tiny ways to adjust what we are doing to fix the issue. He totally could have taken advantage of my appliance door-knobness and make it a bigger deal, but he was much more interested in helping me! I would recommend them 100%! The scheduler was great, the technician was great, the service was informative! So grateful!!! We have found our new appliance repair company! I love when I find kindness in the most surprising situations. It really made my heart uplifted today!!

I needed a repair on my GE dryer and was recommended by NFM to try Turner Appliance. Unfortunately after 3 visits we still had the same problems. I had to take off work each time costing me time and money. Finally had to contact GE directly who sent out a repair man and quickly fixed the issue in one visit. I can say the people were very nice at Turner and the repairmen were very prompt and professional. I think they service all brands and don't have the expertise of a repairman that only works on GE.
