Pricey, but very nice meals. I ordered seafood spaghetti with squid ink, really tasty a bit salty actually but still nice, the pasta firmness is exactly right. The market fish was grilled medium cooked and gave a delicious texture.
The newly opened Regency Club a month ago needs some improvement. Suggestions were voiced to the food & beverages manager.
Quite pricey. $20 for a salad that was pretty bland despite having great ingredients. A bit disappointing
Good place to dine in when staying in the hotel as there are not many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet has good selection of food including cereal, yogurt, fruits, egg/bacon/sausage/potato hash, made to order omelet station, and pastries including bread, muffin, and bagel. Dinner choices that are excellent are beef with pasta, new york steak, and creme brule.
Restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Food was good service and staff very good. Breakfast omelet, coffee and orange juice very expensive. $38. Before a tip. $5 for cup of coffee? $6 for glass of OJ and 3% tax to subsidize the increased minimum wages. I got a bigger breakfast at IHOP for less than $20 with tip.
We ate 2 breakfasts & 2 dinners at the TusCA while staying at the Hyatt for DesignCon at the end of January. At all our meals as the TusCA we felt extremely welcomed & accommodated <and there was no hovering or constant interruptive questions>. I can't remember the last time we felt so well taken care of at a restaurant. I ordered a butter free, egg white /veggie omelette for both breakfasts. Martin, our server brought our food, went away, & then returned & said that he was skeptical that my omelette was butter free & immediately took it away. He returned with a new omelette & said that his suspicions were correct & that they had misunderstood & used a butter olive oil mix. I was extremely grateful as my dietary restrictions are rigid due to health reasons. At no time did Martin make me feel uncomfortable or as if I was being a bother about being so specific about what I wanted. That was really refreshing. At dinner we met Jorge, who also went above & beyond what I considered to be good service. We ,again, had specific requests for our dinner : plain grilled with olive oilchicken with no seasoning...same with the vegetables. Jorge brought us vinegar & oil for our bread because he anticipated that we might like it as we were requesting a butter free dinner. Food was great, we did not have a long wait and the service was the best we have ever had. Thanks to Jorge, Martin & the chef, we had the best dining experience. Also: thank you guys for allowing us to order off the take out/room service menu & eat it in the restaurant because of our 1st breakfast experience we chose to eat more meals at the TusCA instead of going somewhere else as planned.
Great Breakfast to Start My Day Staying at the Hyatt and popped in for breakfast. Ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs and can't say enough how delicious it was. Met the same level of taste and presentation excellence I experience at Sandler's on 9th in Philadelphia. Top notch breakfast satisfaction. Bravo.
Loved our hotel but food was average. It was overpriced as you would expect in a hotel but it was not worth what we paid. I don't mind paying $$$ for a convenient meal in our hotel but this meal wasn't even worth half of what we paid. The rest of our meals were not at our hotel. I would not recommend unless you don't mind a flavorless meal.
Bolognese was pretty good and reasonably priced at about $17. However the burger for $15 had a patty that was def. cooked from frozen... very mediocre and not worth the money and I will never understand why would the bartender recommend it over the bolognese. Did not expect that from Hayatt. Otherwise the service is pretty good.
Ordered a la carte breakfast. Service was great but food was just okay.
