Awesome place, one of the only of its kind. Traveled a ways to try some good bourbons and celebrate my birthday and Whiskey Haze didn’t disappoint. The owner Kevin was a great guy, very personable and knows his stuff. Food was also top notch, Definitely a place I will go again in the future.Recommended dishesChicken Wings

Whiskey Haze is amazing, and I only had a drink and an appetizer. The "two mile" cocktail is a tantalizing mix of Basil Hayden, Pernod Absinthe, jasmine tea, peach nectar and bitters. I also had the bread basket; this delectable creation filled me right up, and was artfully presented. Can't wait to sample an entree sometime. Great service. Nice ambiance. An enthusiastic initial recommendation for delicious food and tasty libations in Washington Heights!

Amazing! Fantastic drink menu with a very good whiskey selection and a dedication to continuing to grow it. The owners and managers were all attentive to our experience and fun to talk with. Our food was excellent also. We had the mushroom tart, risotto, and the citrus chicken. All were delicious and hearty. I think this is my new favorite on North Ave!

We’re so excited to see another great new restaurant open up near Vennture Coffee and Brew and Paloma Taco and Tequila. Whiskey Haze is a great complement to these two, with a broad selection of whiskeys and bourbons and featuring a great dinner menu. We have tried the cheese plate, the charcuterie and cheese plate combo, he Portuguese pot roast twice! and the risotto twice. They also make a mean cocktail I recommend the basin street and your standard Manhattan with the owners choice of bourbon. The prices for drinks are very reasonable and their goal is to allow people to enjoy new and rare whiskeys for the area at reasonable prices. We’re looking forward to their bourbon trail club!

Incredibly delicious! Our group tried a variety from the menu and not a single bit was a miss. Staff is very friendly. Environment is cozy and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful experience here after an afternoon Brewers game. We had the goat cheese crostini and the heights burger with brussel crisps. The burger was great, but I especially recommend the crostini and brussel crisps. We sat outside and the bartender/server was very attentive going back and forth to take our orders. I don't live in Milwaukee or I would be back more often.

WOW! Prices, affordable. Atmosphere, intimate. Food, DELISH. I was very impressed with this place, I had the sliders, my fiance had a burger on a pretzel bun and we both couldn't stop saying "wow, this is the best burgerI've ever had". I cannot wait to go back. 10/10 would recommend.

We came here after realizing our favorite restaurant was closed on our husbands birthdays. We loved the idea of secluded seating and since it's two blocks away decided to give it a shot. We could not be happier that we did. The environment was spectacular, the food was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. We loved our private tent/igloo and hope they continue it post-covid. This will be a restaurant we frequently visit from now on. Give them a shot, I promise you will not be disappointed.

We went here Friday after Thanksgiving...it was a tad busy but the service was great. The atmosphere was welcoming and quaint. The food was really good. We highly recommend the ramen bowl and the duck bah mai. *bahn mi? The salmon was good as was the mushroom soup. The bisuit sandwich of the month is chorizo and egg. The hush puppies were not my favorite... I would come back for the ramen bowl and to try out their drink menu...and bonus.. vennture is right next door!

Excellent dining experience. Unique menu, attentive staff. Will come back again, often. Keep doing what you do.
