Tuxes Too Formal Wear

Outstanding customer service! They fitted my teenage son for a tuxedo. They accommodated my request for a longer rental period, at no extra charge, since the event occurred over the holidays. We had a last minute problem, and they immediately got us another tuxedo jacket, tailored to his measurements, at no extra charge. Tuxes Too combines big city style with small town customer service. They will take good care of you.

I 100% recommend Tuxes Too for proms, homecomings, weddings, or any casual/formal event! This is a great establishment and it is easy to see why it has been so successful for over 30 years. Doug the owner and his employees are professionals, who are well versed on fittings, organized, timely, and provide awesome customer service.

Tuxes Too was exactly what we wanted for the men's wear at our wedding. We only needed to rent pants, jacket, and shirt with the option of renting shoes. No other place in the Jackson area rented just those items. Tuxes Too did AND they were half the price of the other places. I also felt better knowing it was locally owned. My biggest concern was the men who would be calling in their measurements and what would happen if they were incorrect. Thankfully they keep everything on site so anything that needed to be fixed was not a huge issue. I would recommend this place for anyone needing rentals in the Jackson area.

I've been to this place twice now once for fitting, and second for final fit/pickup, and both times I dealt with the same rude person. For the fitting they talked down me the whole time, and for the pickup they argued with me over some changes needing to be made for the fit. I'm a groomsman, so I didn't have a choice for this place. However for my wedding I went with Men's Warehouse, and it was a far better experience. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Went here to rent tuxes for my son's wedding. The man who 'helped' us said very little - he gave us no information and asked very little from us. He also had dirt under his fingernails - it looked like he had been digging in a flower bed - and, was dressed very frumpy. Not what was expected from an establishment that is attempting to rent fine clothing.

A pleasure to do business with. Perfect measurements and fit. Courteous staff. If you are going to rent a tux and want personal service with excellent product this is the place. They made this process very easy.
