Had AJ replace my garage door springs today and he did a awesome job. He was incredibly efficient, was helpful with the questions I asked, and had an overall good sense of customer service. Which can sometimes be lacking, I’ve found, when it comes to house repair service workers. The springs broke yesterday and they were able to get out and fix it today, which I am so grateful for. And the price felt very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them for future garage door work, based on this experience. Thanks!

Had AJ from TCGD out to assess my residential garage door. It had been noisy and the track was bent and bouncy. While they did recommend a new opener, they did repairs on the existing one without discussion. There was absolutely no pressure to replace it. The just said if it breaks just replace it. I have used Twin City Garage door twice in the last two years. Once to replace both of my garage doors, and the other time to replace one of the door openers. They were stellar in their service. I had a small issue with one of the remotes and they drove out to replace it for me quickly and with great kindness. I would refer this company to all! Great experience!
