Twin City Marine is just fantastic. I have been doing business with Twin City for approximately nine 9 years. I have purchased two 2 boats from Twin City. a 23' I/O & a 34' twin engine bow rider My experience with Twin City has been great!! I own and operate a service business in RI with 18 employees and as such have very little time to do anything other than enjoy my boat. Twin City Marine makes that possible for me. Twin City Marine handles everything on my yacht; including sales, launching, all seasonal commissioning work, cleaning and waxing, and all storage and technical service work. They excel at everything they do, the quality of the service they provide is exceptional!! Twin City Marine constantly exceeds my exceptions - so much that I felt compelled to post this recommendation. something I rarely do I highly recommend Twin City Marine for any and all boating needs. Can't speak highly enough of this dealership. My boat needed last minute servicing on the Friday before July 4th and they were able to fix my issues and have the boat back to me the same day I dropped it off. The pricing was unbelievably reasonable and the staff was friendly and informative. My family thanks you for letting us enjoy the holiday on our boat this year and not just watching from the dock.
I want to thank the entire Twin City Marine team for delivering the best customer experiences I had in 2020. This season, they helped through a DIY overhaul Spring and winterization this Fall and replaced the bellows in my 2010 Searay bowrider. I work in the Customer Experience field and this marine company delivers one of the best customer experiences I've come across. And that says a lot for any retail company, especially a marine retailer! Thank you to Twin City family for all your support this season.

Just picked up our new 21 H20 and Rudy and the rest of the staff went well above the usual level of customer service to get us into the exact boat we were looking for. A family owned and operated marina and it shows. A long drive for me but worth it. 5 stars and highly recommended!
As a novice boat owner it's frustrating for people to deal with you but the owner Keith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and to my surprise knew my boat inside and out .my experience there was great and. I left with everything I needed.. they had my parts in stock for a 30 year old boat and I would send anybody there
Went there just to try to by 2 cycle oil from them. Keith the owner was very rude and un helpful. I asked how much oil do I need to make 5 gallons. He was rude and didn’t want to help. I told him the make and model of the motor and he said “oh my god, we don’t deal with that”. I always assumed boat ppl know their stuff. Then when I wanted to buy a quart of oil the need tried to up sell me a container to put it in. I don’t understand how it doesn’t bring its own container. Sorry I want looking to buy a new boat but will probably never step foot in that place again!
Family owned business with excellent customer service and reasonable prices. The only place to go for parts or service if you have a Volvo Penta engine.
