Such a beautiful studio displayed with local art. I took Kassandra's restorative yoga and felt absolutely AMAZING!

I’ve this studio! It was my first aerial yoga class and the instructor was incredibly patient and helpful. I also have vertigo and she was very kind to help me avoid positions that would make it worse and avoid exacerbating it. Great experience!

The studio is a lovely place. The instructor is nice and helpful in getting you started if you’ve never done any aerial yoga. The beginner’s class is fun! Really recommend checking it out!

Had a wonderful experience. Very nice studio that was comfy and inviting. We had a small group for a birthday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session. April was very quick and informative when I contacted her through the website. Can't recommend enough

Best workout in a long time.

Amazing classes! If you are looking to stretch on the "air" and develop more balance and upper body strength, this is it. :D I felt the instructor took care of all of us, so we did not fall or injure ourselves. I highly recommend this studio.

They have an aerial yoga class for KIDS!! My 10 year is about to attend it for the 3rd consecutive Saturday, it's definitely an excellent fit in terms of extra-curricular type activity, and we really appreciate there being this opportunity for her age group!
