Twisters Burgers and Burritos

First time visitor, we were looking for something different and quick. The lady working the counter was great and took time explaining all the options. In the end, it was a huge serving. It wasn't bad for a fast food place and worth the price.

For a chain this restaurant does a really great job. They are very friendly and have always been treated like I am important to them as a customer. The food is very good and always hot. The drive thru does have a really sharp turn in it and if you don't realize it in time you may have to back up. I visit this location multiple times a month for breakfast and lunch; have never left feeling upset. The prices are reasonable and they DO offer a military discount.

The food is exactly what you would expect from a large chain. Most of the employees are exactly what you would expect from fast food. The management should be fired at this location. I went in needing to call 911 but they don't allow anyone to use the phone. They have also had a tire sitting in front of the store for over a month now. If they hired management that did their job they could be 3 stars if they hired decent human beings for management they could have 4 stars.

Service was slow to get my order while nobody was in front of me. When I got to the front they forgot my order and I had to repeat it. They need more friendly training on customer service. Meat was terribly dry. They didn't know how to roll a burrito. I'll never come back to this location again. Lost my service. Going to stripes from now on seems like a better option. If I wanted a bad burrito for $15 I would have gotten it off central from a homeless person.

This location makes great burritos but its hit and miss for the accuracy of the order. Many times I've asked for red chile, only to find green or none at all. Please have cashiers double check with the kitchen staff and remind them what was ordered and to verify accuracy before handing off to customers.

I have two months coming to this store every morning to get breakfast. I enjoy the carne adobada burrito with a coffee. It is very delicious and I appreciate the service you guys provide. Staff is always in a good mood.

It was some what good not as great as other times . The smother burritos where really not smothered and they hardly had any beans. The girl that was the cashier, never looked up at us. I guess she was too busy covering the huge hackies she had on her neck. I felt so bad and sorry for her. I guess there are no more dress code or appearance ethics at work. She was such a pretty girl with short hair and she totally displayed like she was out having a wild night with her boyfriend! Which is none of business but unfortunately that is how she represents the establishment and it is what stays on the customers mind .

Waited a long time to get 3 things i ordered from drive through had Togo inside to check on the order still wasn't done wasn't overly busy.Food: 2/5

My daughter loves the burger and curly French fries, Pepsi drink, and plain sopillas... my sister loves the smothered green chili burrito with curly French fries and lettuce, tomatoes, great meals for my family.Food: 5/5

This is the best burger/burrito place , you can get a Christmas burrito! Love that red and green Chile! Fast friendly service . But the bathroom is outside.
