Very rarely do I give five 5 star reviews but Christine rocks! Very knowledgeable and accurate with her facts. Had several historical books in her bag to share with the group.

I loved my walking tour of the Garden District. My guide, Dannal, was so knowledgeable and her passion for her hometown city was apparent. I learned a lot on this tour, and I enjoyed the pace of it immensely. I never felt like we were at any one location too long or that the narratives were too long, but I also never felt rushed. We saw a variety of homes throughout the tour, which made it interesting from the first step to the last. Overall, I highly recommend Two Chicks Walking Tours! I wish I had more time to go on their French Quarter Tour before I leave New Orleans!

Betsy led our group through the Garden District and it was absolutely wonderful. She clearly has a deep understanding of New Orleans history and knows how to present it in a fascinating manner. She wove the details of architecture and stories of the people who built and lived in the houses together so well. The meeting point at PJ’s was a bonus to get beignets & coffee before we started walking. Will definitely choose another tour with Betsy if possible on my next visit!

Christine's knowledge and passion make this neighborhood stroll into a story telling delight, with a plethora of past and current day details that imbue you with the rich experience of this neighborhood. The small group size is perfect for people like me who end up peppering the guide with questions, which Christine is only too happy to answer. Thinking about taking this tour? Do it!! We had a fantastic tour with Karen through the Garden District. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area, the architecture, current, and past residents, and all the other odd things our group asked. Two Chicks Walking Tours is a great way to see this beautiful part of NOLA.

This was such a fun and enlightening way to start my trip to New Orleans! Deanna, the guide, was knowledgeable and hilarious. She shared so much information about New Orleans as a whole, above and beyond the sights that we saw on the walking tour of the Garden District. Highly recommend!

My cousin and I enjoyed learning about the historic & modern day details of the garden district with Karen guiding our tour. She knew a lot about the different eras of architecture, plants in the area, as well as good eating options in the area! She even told us about a local gas light lamp maker we could check out in the French quarter see photo Would recommend this group for tours for sure!

Our family of 5 teens 17-23 thoroughly enjoyed this 2 hour tour. Exploring New Orleans’ Garden District’s rich history was fun and interesting! DeAnna’s personal stories made the experience even more memorable.

The tour provided an eclectic mix of topics shared social, socioeconomic, geological, historical, architectural etc., and was very thorough. Break spot was nice and size of group was perfect. The rain made it even more special. We'll done, lots of great NOLO information and seemed like it hit all the highlights.
